Online Dance Classes Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Customer Cancellation: If a customer wishes to cancel their enrollment in a dance session, they must notify Jinny Dance Academy at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2. Jinny Dance Academy Cancellation: In the rare event that Jinny Dance Academy needs to cancel a dance session due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, customers will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Non-Attendance: Jinny Dance Academy does not offer refunds in the event of a customer's non-attendance to a scheduled dance session, regardless of the reason. This includes situations such as illness, personal commitments, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. Unsatisfactory Experience: We are committed to delivering high-quality dance instruction, and we encourage customers to provide feedback on their learning experience. If a customer feels unsatisfied with a particular session, we encourage them to contact us directly to address their concerns and find a resolution.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages:
3.1. If a customer has purchased a prepaid package of dance sessions, they can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that no dance session has been attended during this period.
3.2. Once a dance session has been attended, the prepaid package becomes non-refundable. However, customers may still be able to reschedule remaining sessions in consultation with Jinny Dance Academy.
4. Process for Refund Requests:
4.1. To request a refund or cancellation, customers must contact Jinny Dance Academy through one of the following methods:

4.2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The refund amount will be equal to the total cost of the prepaid package or the individual session less any applicable processing fees.
5. Rescheduling Sessions:
5.1. If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled dance session due to unforeseen circumstances, they may request to reschedule the session, subject to availability and at the discretion of Jinny Dance Academy. You are allowed one complimentary rescheduling. After the first rescheduling, any subsequent changes will incur a charge of 50% of the session cost. Any additional charges, such as admin fees or taxes, collected are non-refundable in the event of session cancellation.
5.2. Requests for session rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.
6. Instructor Absence:
6.1. In the event that the scheduled dance session instructor is unable to conduct the class, Jinny Dance Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide a substitute instructor. If a substitute instructor is not available, customers will be notified, and the session will be rescheduled.
7. Modifications to the Policy:
7.1. Jinny Dance Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers through our website or via email.
Offline Dance Classes Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Customer Cancellation: Once a customer enrols in an offline dance session, they cannot cancel their enrollment. We do not offer refunds or allow cancellations for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances or personal commitments.
1.2. Jinny Dance Academy Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Jinny Dance Academy needs to cancel an offline dance session due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, customers will have the option to attend a makeup class scheduled by Jinny Dance Academy.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Non-Attendance: If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled offline dance session, regardless of the reason, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling options.
2.2. Unsatisfactory Experience: We are dedicated to delivering high-quality dance instruction in our offline classes. If a customer has any concerns about their learning experience, we encourage them to provide feedback to Jinny Dance Academy directly so that we can address their concerns promptly.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages:
3.1. To participate in offline dance classes, customers must pay in advance for each session. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
