1. Course Pricing and Promotions:

The prices of courses on Jinny Dance Academy are determined based on the terms of the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy. In some instances, the price of a course offered on the Jinny Dance Academy website may not be exactly the same as the price offered on our mobile, due to mobile platform providers’ pricing systems and their policies around implementing sales and promotions. We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users. If you are a student located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.

2. Rights to Content You Post:

Any content shared on the Jinny Dance Academy platform shall belong to the person who shares the content. Jinny Dance Academy can use the contents shared on its platform for advertising on other websites. Any contents shared on the Jinny Dance Academy platform either by student or instructor does not transfer its ownership to Jinny Dance Academy. By sharing the content on Jinny Dance Academy you allow the same to be used for sharing and advertisement purpose. If you are an instructor, be sure to understand the course licensing terms that are detailed in the Instructor Terms. The posts, comments, questions, reviews shared by you on the Jinny Dance Academy platform can be utilized by Jinny Dance Academy for adapting new features and can be shared by Jinny Dance Academy for promotion on its platform on media and web to its best interest.

3. Limitation of Liability:

There are risks inherent to using our Services, for example, if you enroll in a health and wellness course like dance, and you injure yourself. You fully accept these risks and you agree that you will have no recourse to seek damages against Jinny Dance Academy even if you suffer loss or damage from using our platform and Services.

4. Legal Actions and Notices:

No action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, except where this limitation cannot be imposed by law. Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by registered or certified mail return receipt requested, or email (by us to the email associated with your account or by you to info@dancewithjinny.com).

5. Indemnification:

If you behave in a way that gets us in legal trouble, we may exercise legal recourse against you. You agree to indemnify, defend (if we so request), and hold harmless Jinny Dance Academy, our group companies, and their officers, directors, suppliers, partners, and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) the content you post or submit, (b) your use of the Services (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party. Your indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.
